Collin Serves
Collin Serves is a campus-based hub of co-curricular volunteer and service opportunities for Collin College students, staff, faculty, and administrators wishing to serve their local communities outside of the classroom. Teams engage in neighborhood revitalizations, food collections, drives, mentoring, awareness, prevention, and special focus needs such as homelessness response.

Student Organizations and Philanthropy
Students may volunteer through their association with student organizations, such as the Student Government Association, VOICE (Volunteer Outreach in Civic Engagement), SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise), Phi Theta Kappa, F.O.C.U.S. (Fellowship of Christian University Students), MSA (Muslim Student Association), Lion's Club, LULAC, and other organizations.

For more information on volunteerism through student organizations, contact Donna Okaro at Student Life.

Service Learning
Service Learning is an academic pedagogy  that connects learning objectives in the classroom to service in the community.  It is community needs-based experiential learning.

For more information on Service Learning at Collin College, students may also contact their professor for service-learning opportunities.
