Course Description
In the production of goods and services, operations management is the function of a business involved in producing goods and services in the most efficient and effective way. They do this by employing principles and procedures of process design, continuous improvement, strategic management and communication skills. Learn and practice the proven techniques of how to be an effective Operations Manager.
