Practical application of basic communication and organizational skills with emphasis on fundamentals of writing, time management, travel and meeting arrangements and critical thinking skills for day to day business operations.

In this class you will learn to apply basic communication and organizational skills in a business office. Display the fundamentals of writing, time management, travel and meeting arrangements and critical thinking skills for day to day business operations and implement telephone techniques, office ethics and dress code.
