Course Description
Color is the foundation of any well decorated space. Learn the basics of color in interior design using color tools, and by creating a project board for the interior design of a designated space. Experiment with color tools, paint chips, fabric samples and the other resources to create a color palette for the space.
Course Objectives
Students in the course will learn the following: key color terms, establish a color palette in a furnished home, establish a color palette in an unfurnished home, guidelines for specifying color to cover each room, learn the most common color errors, use color to connect a wall and learn to paint a faux wall.
