Creative Journaling gives you an opportunity to explore your thoughts in greater detail as well as recover thoughts that were elusive. A useful approach to overcoming writer’s block by helping to circumnavigate the inner censor of the conscious mind. One can sketch out characters, jot down poems or simply record every day events.
