Course Description
This course provides an overview of the laws and ethics pertinent to the fitness industry. Students will review legalities of obtaining clients personal information. Will discuss how to secure private information such a credit card information, emails, phone numbers, etc. Students will learn disclosure laws applicable to conversations with clients and what information might be reportable. Practice strategies for handling difficult or dissatisfied clients. Understand importance of staying within scope of practice.

To be eligible to receive a certificate, students must complete all courses with 90% attendance.
