Notary Signing Agent  
Course Description
Highly qualified notary signing agents are in demand. A Notary Signing Agent is specifically trained to facilitate mortgage closings. Morgage lenders, title firms and escrow companies employ Notary Signing Agent professionals to make loan closings as convenient as possible for borrowers by delivering loan documents, collecting and notarizing signatures and delivering settlements checks.
Course Objectives
Students will learn how to handle the signing and notarization of mortgage loan documents, what lenders and borrowers expect, and how to be responsible and ethical.

Cost of class includes the textbook.

Certification test is not included in the price of this course.
