McKinney High School Dual Credit

McKinney ISD offers the opportunity for students to earn both academic and workforce dual credit in partnership with Collin College.  Collin College dual credit classes are taught at McKinney High School and at the Collin College Campus in McKinney. For a list of courses, please see visit with your high school counseling office or view the Memorandum of Understanding below.

Students interested in dual credit classes will need to speak to their high school counselor first to make sure it is the right option.

Once approved, attend a dual credit information session for McKinney High students and parents. Dates are found at https://www.collin.edu/express/dualcredit/infosessions.html

A College and Career Counselor assigned to McKinney High is Calee Follins cfollins@collin.edu. Calee is located onsite at McKinney High to assist you with anything Collin College related. From learning about specific Academic and Workforce programs to assistance with admissions application or registration and much more Calee is there to assist!
