Dual/Concurrent Credit Program information for THEO Christian Solution, Inc. students
Program Overview
THEO students will work with THEO and their Special Admissions Coordinator to enroll
in dual credit courses hosted at THEO.
Students and parents can review the courses available for dual credit through THEO
under "Dual Credit Offerings".
Students looking to enroll in dual/concurrent credit courses outside of sections hosted
at THEO's campus will follow the Homeschool enrollment process.
Important Dates
Fall 2023
> Semester Dates: August 21, 2023 - December 10, 2023
> Early Registration and Payment Deadline: July 19, 2023 at 7 PM
After the Fall term Early Registration payment deadline date, payment must be made at the time of course registration to ensure course enrollment status, regardless of the start date of the course. An outstanding balance on a student account will result in registration and transcript holds on the account, and the registration status may also be changed.
> Hard Stop Registration Deadline: August 24, 2023
> Census Date (Last day to drop): September 5, 2023
> Withdraw Deadline: November 3, 2023

Spring 2024
Semester Dates: January 16, 2024 - May 12, 2024
> Early Registration and Payment Deadline: December 6, 2023 at 7 PM
After the Spring term Early Registration payment deadline date, payment must be made at the time of course registration to ensure course enrollment status, regardless of the start date of the course. An outstanding balance on a student account will result in registration and transcript holds on the account, and the registration status may also be changed.

> Census Date (Last day to drop): January 29, 2024
> Withdraw Deadline: March 28, 2024

Maymester: May 13, 2024 - May 30, 2024
Summer I: June 3, 2024 - July 5, 2024
Summer II: July 8, 2024 - August 12, 2024
Summer III: June 3, 2024 - August 12, 2024
> Early Registration and Payment Deadline: May 1, 2024 at 7 PM
After the Summer term Early Registration payment deadline date, payment must be made at the time of course registration to ensure course enrollment status, regardless of the start date of the course. An outstanding balance on a student account will result in registration and transcript holds on the account, and the registration status may also be changed.
> Hard Stop Registration Deadline: Adds and/or drops for a single summer term may be completed through the first day of the term

THEO Section Enrollment Process
- THEO Approval
You will need to meet with THEO to discuss dual or concurrent opportunities prior to starting the admissions process at Collin College. THEO may have additional steps for you to complete prior to enrolling in their dual credit sections.

- Account Activation
You should receive an email with your CougarWeb information once admitted. Log into CougarWeb and complete the Campus Safety Training to activate your OneLogin account.

You will need to remove holds from your account prior to registration.
Please note:
- Permission form holds remain until spring of senior year if you are only enrolling in THEO's dual credit sections
- Immunization holds only need to be removed if you are coming to a Collin Campus for classes

As a partnering student Collin College Dual Credit staff will complete your registration for THEO's sections on your behalf. All registration requests are communicated from THEO to Collin College.
Be sure to review your schedule in CougarWeb, any changes would need to be addressed with THEO and your Special Admissions Coordinator.

You will complete any payment due in CougarWeb. Please be aware high schools can set their own payment deadlines that are earlier than the posted Collin College payment deadlines.
