Let Us Know Who YOU Are!

All credit students at Collin College are required to have a Student ID Card in order to use services provided by the college including the Collin College Bookstore, Career Services, Computer Labs, Enrollment Management, Fitness Center, Library, Math Lab, Writing Lab, Student Engagement, College Sponsored Events, and the Testing Center. You can get your official Student ID cards in any Student Engagement office on the main campuses.

Once first-time students have registered and paid for courses, their official Student ID card will be issued in accordance with the dates posted in the Calendar section of the Collin College Schedule of Classes (also listed below).  Students who register and pay after the dates posted must wait at least 24 hours after that process to pick up their IDs.  Students must present valid picture ID (i.e. Texas Driver's license, high school ID, etc.) and provide their college-wide ID number (CWID) before a Collin Student ID card will be issued. Their Student ID card will be valid district-wide throughout the student’s enrollment at Collin. Student ID cards will be automatically reactivated each semester after the student re-enrolls in courses and pays the corresponding tuition and fees.

If your Student ID card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you had a name change, or you simply prefer a new photo a replacement card can be obtained for $2.00 replacement fee. PLEASE REMEMBER that only currently enrolled students may request a replacement ID card. Contact any Student Engagement office for more information.
