New Employee Online Orientation Forms
New employees receive links to the the appropriate New Employee Online Orientation Modules in their employment offer letter.  The forms should be completed on or before the employee's first day of employment.  Full-time employees are also required to attend an in-person HR Benefits Meeting to complete additional benefit enrollment paperwork.  Questions regarding these forms should be directed to Human Resources at 972-985-3783.
