Supervisor Orientation – Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a workplace program designed to assist in identification and resolution of productivity or behavior problems.

EAP offers supervisor information about the benefits of the Employee Assistance Program and the referral process.  This orientation also reviews the supervisor’s role in the referral process, and offers methods for monitoring and addressing individual behavior and job performance.
