New Electronic Process for Accessing Student Grades Begins This Spring 2002

SPRING 2002 - Beginning this spring semester, grade reports will no longer be mailed out to the general student population.

  • Concurrently enrolled high school students or home-schooled students are the only ones who will continue to receive grade reports through U.S. Mail at their homes.
  • All other students may access their grades electronically using the website at (select Admissions in the Quick Links drop-down box) or via the telephone at 972.548.6750 (Allen, McKinney and northern Collin County), or 972.881.4100 (Plano, Frisco, Rockwall and southern Collin County).
  • Students will need their social security numbers and their Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access either system. Anyone needing a paper transcript for any reason, work reimbursement or scholarship continuation for example, can come to the Admissions Office on any campus and one will be printed for him/her free of charge. The official date for the posting of spring grades is May 13, 2002.
