CCCCD Holds Computer Education Open House At Courtyard Center

November 25, 2002 - Collin County Community College District's Division of Continuing Education is holding an Open House for Computer Education from 7 - 9 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12 at the Courtyard Center for Economic and Professional Development, 4800 Preston Park Blvd. in Plano.

This open house is for anyone who is considering taking computer classes but is not sure where to start. There will be five free informative sessions about CCCCD's computer offerings including Getting Started, a session about introductory computer classes; Internet Technologies, a session about our web designer certificate; Java/Oracle Programming, a session about learning to program with Java and Oracle software; Microsoft IT Academy Certifications, a session about the requirements and benefits of Microsoft certification; and Engineering and Technology, a session about CISCO and Net Security.

While you are here, visit our new Mac lab in room A214. It is equipped with the latest G.4 processors and 19" flat screens! Light refreshments will be served.
