Unique Daily Flex Entry Classes Save Valuable Time

June 12, 2003 - Ever wanted the flexibility of enrolling in a college course at your convenience and exiting when you have learned the material? Need to update your skills quickly?

Now, a new scheduling format allows students to begin certain classes any day of the week and exit each class when all requirements are met. Daily Flex Entry classes benefit busy students and professionals interested in earning a degree, certificate, or Marketable Skills Achievement Award in Office Systems Technology (OST). OST classes include Office XP, Word 2002, WordPerfect 10, desktop publishing, medical transcription, keyboarding, speed and accuracy building, proofreading and editing, records management, introduction to accounting, and others. See the fall schedule for a complete listing.

Sign up for as many courses as you like at the beginning of the semester or register for additional courses as you complete a course. Flexible scheduling will allow you to attend class at the Central Park Campus (CPC), 2200 W. University Dr. in McKinney or the Spring Creek Campus (SCC), 2800 E. Spring Creek Pkwy. in Plano, any time from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at SCC only. There will always be a qualified instructor ready to assist you. You may begin a course any day until week 11, Nov. 3, but you must complete the course by the end of week 16, Dec. 12, or earlier.
