CCCCD Geology And Anthropology Departments Host Meeting To Form New Archaeological Society

October 23, 2003 - Collin County Community College District’s (CCCCD) geology and anthropology departments, along with members of the Collin County Archaeological Society (CCAS) will host an informal meeting to discuss creating the Collin County Natural History and Archaeology Society at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21 in room A326 on the Central Park Campus, 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney.The meeting is free and open to the public.

Students and community members are invited to join the society if you have an interest in natural history and archaeology. This initial meeting will focus on defining the future objectives and community projects that the group will undertake throughout the year.
