College Hosts Transfer Fairs

February 6, 2004 - Collin County Community College District will host three College Transfer Fairs this spring. The first will be from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Monday, February 9, in the cafeteria at Central Park Campus, 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney; the second will be from 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 23 in the atrium at Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano; the third will be from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, in University Hall at Preston Ridge Campus, 9700 Wade Boulevard in Frisco. All three fairs are free and open to the public.

Representatives from Dallas Baptist University, DeVry, LeTourneau University, Our Lady of the Lake, Southern Methodist University, Southeast Oklahoma State, Stephen F. Austin University, Texas A&M University, Texas A&M Commerce, Texas Wesleyan University, Texas Woman's University, the University of North Texas, University of Phoenix, University of Texas at Arlington, the University of Texas at Dallas, and others, will be present to talk to you individually.

College and university representatives will answer questions regarding admissions requirements, financial aid, program requirements, Co-op programs, job opportunities and more. Some schools will even be admitting and registering students on the spot. Be sure to bring copies of your transcripts and something to take notes on.
