CCCCD Offers Weekend College for Degree-Seekers


December 3, 2004 - Collin County Community College District (CCCCD) offers students Weekend College. Weekend College provides an opportunity to complete an entire undergraduate degree--either an Associate of Arts (AA) or an Associate of Science (AS) degree--by going to class exclusively on the weekends. Classes may begin at any time from Friday evening through Sunday afternoons, and generally run from two to four hours each. Certificates may also be earned entirely through weekend classes, going either full- or part-time.

Early online registration for spring is now underway and continues until Jan. 17, 2005. Online registration is accessible via the website,, from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily. Payment deadline for spring is Jan. 4, 2005.

For an entire list of Weekend College classes, please visit the college's website at, and download the e-schedule, which houses all classes for the current semester. The e-schedule is searchable by particular days of the week. Any class beginning Friday evening through Sunday afternoon is considered a Weekend College class.
