CCCCD Schedules Jan. 15 Teacher Certification Information Session


January 3, 2005 - Collin County Community College District Teacher Certification Program will host an information session from 10-11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 15, at CCCCD in Allen, 300 Rivercrest Boulevard. The program will focus on a number of topics including application, cost, the 2005 schedule and area jobs. The session is free and open to the public. The session will give an overview of the program including alternative routes to teacher certification in Texas, certifications offered, the CCCCD application process, training provided in the program, training schedules, cost and information about teacher job opportunities in the Metroplex.

The session includes a question-and-answer portion and an opportunity to schedule a transcript review or one-on-one counseling from Pai, who will present the program.

Also, application packets for the CCCCD Teacher Certification Program will be available.
