Collin Names New VP of Academic Affairs

May 13, 2005 – Collin County Community College District (Collin) recently named Dr. Thom D. Chesney as vice president of academic affairs. Chesney has served as interim vice president of academic affairs since July of 2004 and previously held the position of dean of communications and humanities at Collin.
