Fall Registration at Collin Begins June 28


June 14, 2005 - Collin County Community College District (Collin) students may register for fall credit classes by telephone and by web beginning June 28. Due to overwhelming demand for certain classes, Collin is offering priority registration based on credit hours accumulated.

Collin will accept student registrations for fall credit classes based on the following schedule:

On this date/Completed credit hours:

  • June 28 - 50 hours and above
  • June 29 - 30 hours and above
  • June 30 - 10 hours and above
  • July 1 - 1 hour and above
  • July 5 - all students

Students can review their unofficial transcripts to determine number of hours accumulated at Students whose first semester at Collin is summer 2005 can register based on the number of hours in which they are currently enrolled.

Telephone or website registration will be available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. from June 28 - Aug. 28. Collin is closed for Independence Day July 2-4, and Webline and telephone registration will be unavailable during that time. Registration via the website will also be unavailable July 12. Classes begin Aug. 29.

Online or on the phone, students may pay with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover). Online registrants may also pay with a personal check through Collin's Webcheck system.
