Summer Institute Gives High Schoolers A Glimpse Into College
May 15, 2006 - High school students will get the opportunity to explore career opportunities at Collin County Community College District (Collin) during the Summer Institute.
The Summer Institute is scheduled from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m., Tuesday, June 6 at the Preston Ridge Campus in Frisco, Thursday, June 8 at the Central Park Campus in McKinney and Wednesday, June 14 at the Spring Creek Campus in Plano.
The free program is designed to give students entering the ninth-12th grades the chance to see what majors and careers are offered at Collin.
The Summer Institute is open to the public and the deadline for registration is Thursday, June 1.
The Preston Ridge Campus is located at 9700 Wade Blvd. in Frisco; the Central Park Campus is located at 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney; and the Spring Creek Campus is located at 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.
