Continuing Education Series Focuses On Customer Service

August 30, 2006 - Customer service is job No. 1 for many businesses.

Collin County Community College District Continuing Education wants to help business owners and employers improve customer relations through its Customer Service Certificate Series that runs from Tuesday, Sept. 12-Tuesday, Nov. 28.

The series spans 20 sessions, which will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-9:30 p.m.

The Customer Service Certificate Series is designed to help business owners, employers and employees facilitate internal and external customer relationships, respond to customer inquiries and complaints politely and thoroughly and develop verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Also, the series will help individuals maintain customer satisfaction and public relations, and communicate technical information concisely and clearly.

All sessions will be held at the Courtyard Center for Professional and Economic Development, 4800 Preston Park Boulevard in Plano.

Space is limited for the series and cost is $349.
