Nursing Program Review Open To Public
September 19, 2006 - The nursing program for Collin County Community College District (Collin) will conduct an open session for the community on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at 5:30 p.m. in Pike Hall at the Central Park Campus, located at 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney.
The open session is a part of the re-accreditation program by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC). Site visitors from the commission will be on campus and available to discuss the nursing program with members of the community.
The NLNAC is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as the national accrediting body for all types of nursing education programs.
Collin County Community College District serves more than 41,000 credit and continuing education students annually and offers more than 100 degree and certificate programs. The only public college in the county, Collin is a partner to business, government and industry, providing customized training and work force development.
