Quad C Theatre Announces Cast for "Don't Rock The Jukebox"
January 25, 2007 - Quad C Theatre continues their 2006-2007 season with the interactive musical review Don't Rock the Jukebox, conceived by Brad Baker (Plano) and Mark Mullino (Dallas). An interactive evening of music from Broadway, Pop, Rock, Gospel, Country and Rhythm & Blues, Don't Rock the Jukebox is an inventive revue of material voted on by the members of the audience! Each performance is unique, as the patrons select which songs are performed, and by which performer! Directed by Brad Baker with musical direction by Mark Mullino, and choreography by Kelly Songy Nelson (New York).
Don't Rock the Jukebox's scenic design will be provided by Tom Hull (Allen), with lighting design by Craig "Yo" Erickson (Plano), costume design by Christina Dickson (Plano), and sound design by Andrew Duckworth (Frisco). The Stage Manager is Brittany Noll (Mesquite) with Cory Boulieris (Flower Mound) as the Assistant Stage Manager.
The ensemble for Don't Rock the Jukebox is comprised of student and community actors from across the Metroplex. These talented actors include Kim Borge, Dane Hoffman, Rebekah Prim and Will Meyman from Plano; Joshua Dennis from McKinney; Michael Tuck from Garland; Michelle Ferguson and Matthew Johnson from Lewisville; Aaron Slaughter from Richardson; Lindsay Neinast from Arlington; Colleen O'Connor and Laura Stephenson from Frisco; Amy Stevenson from Irving; Candice McEnturff from Midlothian; William K. Lanier from Kaufman; Brian Woods from Allen; Julie Mayer from Red Oak; and Corey Cleary-Stoner from Anna.
Don't Rock the Jukebox will be presented by Quad C Theatre at the Spring Creek Campus, in the John Anthony Theatre, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano 75074. Performances are March 1-3 and 7-10 at 8 p.m., with matinees on March 4, 10 and 11 at 2:15 p.m. Tickets are $15 for General Admission, $10 for Students and Senior Citizens (55+).
