Artists Come To Collin For Print Portfolio Show
February 2, 2007 - Artists from around the nation will converge on Collin County Community College District for the Invitational Printmaking Show and Portfolio Print Exchange.
"if the hat fits ..." runs from Wednesday, Feb. 14-Saturday, March 10, at THE ARTS gallery, located at the Spring Creek Campus 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. The reception will take place 6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16 at the gallery.
Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
The exhibition will spotlight about 19 artists from around the nation, including: Aaron Bass, New Mexico; Catherine Chauvin, Colorado; Joseph D'Uva, Wisconsin; Magda Dejose, Illinois; Mark Fanchino, Pennsylvania; Lari Gibbons, Texas; Rory Golden, New York; Kazuko Goto, Texas; Susan Heggestad, South Dakota; Yuji Hiratsuka, Oregon; Jim Jereb, Missouri; Susan King, Kentucky; Nancy Loeber, New York; Toni Mosley, Colorado; Chunwoo Nam, Indiana; Bonnie O'Connell, Nebraska; Joel Peck, Illinois; Juergen Strunch, Texas; and Shawn Williams, Pennsylvania.
