April 16, 2007 - Collin College brought praise and recognition to Stellar Students.

The college hosted its second annual Celebrating Stellar Students program April 12 at the Spring Creek Campus in Plano. The event honors developmental education students "who have demonstrated academic performance, academic promise and outstanding character."
