Continuing Education Schedules Massage Therapist Classes
May 9, 2007 – Collin College’s Continuing Education will provide professional development courses for massage therapists through the summer and fall.
The Soft Tissue Pain and Dysfunction Series is for massage therapy professionals who wish to gain advanced therapeutic skills and knowledge of topics related to soft tissue pain and dysfunction. Topics will include anatomical aspects of soft tissue regions and postural assessments as well as therapeutic massage theory and applications.
The 10 session summer classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning May 21 through July 25. Classes offered in the fall will include continuing education topics such as myofascial and sports massage.
All classes will be at the Courtyard Center for Professional and Economic Development, 4800 Preston Park Blvd, in Plano.
