Continuing Education To Host Computer, Technology Open House

August 11, 2008 - Collin College Continuing Education is hosting an open house for those interested in its computer and technology courses and certificate programs from 10 a.m.-noon, Saturday, Aug. 23.

The event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Courtyard Center for Professional and Economic Development, 4800 Preston Park Blvd. in Plano.

Continuing Education computer and technology courses featured at the open house include: Cisco Networking, CompTIA Certification, Computer Programming C to Java, Getting Started with PC or Mac, Going Digital - Photography, Mainframe Computing, MCSA/MCSE Certification, Sun Solaris Certification, Oracle DBA Certification and Web, Graphic Design Certification.

The open house will provide information resources and Collin College representatives will be on hand to answer questions. The courses, certificate programs and marketable skills achievement awards available for Continuing Education provide a venue for individuals to learn new skills, transition into a new career or help boost one's current career.
