Public Invited To Attend Faculty-Led Event, Passport To The World: Collin College’s Cultural Connections
October 21, 2009 – Collin College invites the public to attend Passport to the World: Collin College’s Cultural Connections, a seven-part series in which faculty focus on different cultures, lifestyles, politics and ways of thinking throughout the world.
All events are free. The third event, Siberia: The Surprising Side of Russia, will be held from noon-1:30 p.m. on Nov. 4 at the Spring Creek Campus Conference Center, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, in Plano.
Dr. Don Weasenforth, professor of English as a second language, Tom Hudgins, professor of economics, and Sharon Hudgins, professor of psychology, will be the faculty presenters.
