Public Invited To Attend Faculty-Led Event, Passport To The World: Collin College’s Cultural Connections

Feb 5, 2010 – Collin College invites the public to attend Passport to the World: Collin College’s Cultural Connections, a seven-part in which faculty focus on different cultures, lifestyles, politics and ways of thinking throughout the world.

All events are free. The fourth event, "Culture as Text: A Peripatetic View," will be held from noon-1:30 p.m. on Feb. 19 at the Spring Creek Campus Conference Center, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, in Plano. Kay Mizell, professor of English, will be the faculty presenter.
