Live Smart! Health And Safety Fair Scheduled For March 5

February 19, 2010 – Free wellness facts, proactive health screenings, body fat tests, safety demonstrations and more will be available at the fourth annual Live Smart! Health and Safety Fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Friday, March 5 at Collin College’s Central Park Campus in McKinney.

Participants at the free event, which is open to the public, will also have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers, Todd Whitthorne, president and CEO of Cooper Concepts, Inc. and Cheryl Lewis, professor of Culinary Arts at Collin College.

Whitthorne will lecture on general wellness while Lewis will focus on healthy living. Both speakers will have a question and answer session.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to get free glucose, cholesterol and hearing screenings, save a life by donating blood and win door prizes
