Collin College Schedules Spring Transfer Fairs

Jan. 26, 2010 – Is your educational goal to earn a bachelor’s degree? If so, Collin College invites you to attend its free Transfer Fair from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9 in the Central Park Campus Atrium in McKinney.

Additional Transfer Fairs will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23 in the Preston Ridge Campus Founders Atrium in Frisco and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8 in the Spring Creek Campus Atrium in Plano.

College and university representatives will be present at the Transfer Fairs to advise students about transferring, admission requirements, degrees and program requirements, financial aid and scholarships and college/university pre-admission programs.

Information will also be available regarding bachelor and graduate degrees offered at the Collin Higher Education Center in McKinney. In addition, students will learn more about Collin College’s 10 Pre-Admission program partnerships.

These special partnerships provide Collin College students with many benefits that may include guaranteed tuition, access to college events and bookstore discounts. Pre-admission students also have priority status when applying for Collin College’s Lebrecht-Hites transfer scholarship.
