Film Series Concludes Season with 12 Angry Men

April 5, 2011 – To conclude its 2010-11 season with the theme “Rough & Poetic: Great Films About (In)Justice,” the Auteur Film Series will present 12 Angry Men.

The 1957 classic will be screened at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, at the Living Legends Conference Center at the Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.

The film is set in a jury deliberation room as the 12 members are charged with deciding whether a young man is guilty of murdering his father. The seemingly open-and-shut case becomes a source of drama as one juror, portrayed by Henry Fonda, plants the seed of doubt and draws out prejudices and preconceptions of the case and each other.

The film runs 96 minutes.

Some material may not be suitable for all audiences.
