Collin College Opens Applications for Board of Trustees Vacancy

March 29, 2012 – The Collin College Board of Trustees is seeking applications to fill a Board vacancy for Place 9, previously held by the late Brenda Willard Goodell.

The selected individual will serve as a board member until May 2013, when a general election will be held to fill the vacancy for Goodell’s remaining two years of her term.

To be eligible for consideration, the candidate must be a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years old, a qualified voter and a resident of Collin County for six continuous months and the state of Texas for 12 continuous months prior to the date the appointment is made. The selected candidate must be willing to commit to reside in Collin County for the duration of their appointment and be available to attend monthly meetings.
