Learn What To Do In Disaster Situations Before A Disaster Strikes

Sept.11, 2012 –Are you sure you know what to do in a disaster? You can find out for free at the Personal Disaster Preparedness Training Workshop (PDP) from 7-10 p.m., Thursday, September 20, at the Spring Creek Campus Living Legends Conference Center, 2800 E. Spring Creek Pkwy, in Plano. The workshop is hosted by the Collin County Department of Homeland Security.

Find out about potential man-made and natural threats, steps in emergency planning, creating an emergency kit and the best ways to stay informed during a disaster.
