Collin College Hosts "Awake and Ascend" Spring Dance Concert
Mar. 31, 2014 - Collin College will host its Spring Dance Concert “Awake and Ascend” on April 11-12 in the John Anthony Theatre at the Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. “Awake and Ascend” will feature the college’s resident dance company, Collin Dance Ensemble. Auteur Film Series Screens "Hero"
Mar. 31, 2014 - Collin College’s Auteur Film Series will screen “Hero” at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 14 at the Spring Creek Campus Living Legends Center, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway. The free screening, part of this year’s “Abandoned by Reason: Six Great Fantasy Films” theme, tells the story of the King of Qin as he attempts to unify China in 227 B.C., and the handful of honor-bound assassins who fight the king and each other, showing their dazzling skills with weapons, words and strategy....[MORE]
