The Arts Gallery Hosts 'Color Contained: An Exhibition Of Abstract Art'

Jan. 27, 2016 – Experience the vibrant colors and powerful movement of “Color Contained: An Exhibition of Abstract Art” through Thursday, Feb. 25 at Collin College’s THE ARTS Gallery.

Designed to showcase abstract art in a variety of media, this specially-curated exhibition features a diverse group of artists, including Nate Cassie, Vincent Falsetta, Tom Hollenback, Ansen Seale, Russell Stephenson, Cornelia White Swann and Julia Trinh. Curated by arts faculty member Julie Shipp, each piece addresses the concept of color within contained boundaries.

A special reception is planned in the gallery from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4. The gallery is located on Collin College’s Spring Creek Campus, Room A175, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.
