Collin College Basketball Season Begins Soon

October 24, 2017 – Tipoff time for Cougar Basketball is coming. Plan to take in a game at Collin College’s Spring Creek Campus for just $3 beginning in November.

The Cougars’ first home game is Wednesday, Nov. 1, when the men’s team will take on Southeastern Oklahoma State, beginning at 7 p.m. After an appearance in the National Junior College Athletic Association Region V regionals last season, the men’s team expects a strong showing this year. The team schedule follows on the second page of the attached release.

The Lady Cougars have their first home game of the season on Tuesday, Nov. 7, when they host Eastern Oklahoma State. Tipoff is 5:30 p.m. The women’s team has won its district for three years in a row and took last year’s playoff run to the Region V championship game. The team returns several starters and expect to be a contender again this year. See their schedule on page 3 of the attached release. 

Collin College basketball tickets are free for students and staff, and just $3 for all other attendees. All home games are played at Collin College’s Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. The Cougars and Lady Cougars compete in the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference of NJCAA Region V. See for more information.
