Services Provided

Individual Counseling: Meet with a counselor for one 50-minutes session a week.

Group Counseling: Meet with other students and a counselor to discuss problems and concerns.

Crisis Counseling:  If you are in a crisis or having an emergency, you can meet with a counselor immediately.

In addition to counseling, you can attend various seminars on topics such as stress, relationships, mindfulness, time management and anxiety each semester. View our Fall 2019 seminar schedule.
