Services are available to any student who has a documented disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 in compliance with Collin College’s disability guidelines. This can include, but is not limited to, those individuals with the following conditions or impairments.
The Access Review Team will review any previously attained documentation that validates the need for services based on a students present level of functioning. Accordingly, a well-written report with an interpretive summary based on a comprehensive evaluation is a necessary component of the documentation.
