Law Enforcement Assessment
The Law Enforcement Assessments are given at the Central Park Campus Testing Center in McKinney. 

Law Enforcement applicants must take assessments in Reading and Writing.

Candidates must meet the minimum score requirement on all assessments to be eligible for the Physical Ability Test.

The minimum scores for Law Enforcement candidates are as follows:
  • Reading: 78
  • WritePlacer: 4
These assessments are administered on a walk-in basis. Please allow three hours to take the combined assessments.

These assessments may be taken twice in a semester, if needed. If retaking an portion of the assessment, a 24 hour waiting period is required.

 Last classroom test issued at 8 p.m.

Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  Last classroom test issued at 3 p.m.

Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  Last classroom test issued at 4 p.m.
