Requests for Public Information

The Texas Public Information Act makes a variety of information on the college available to the general public.  Requests for Public Information, as defined in the Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code) should be submitted in writing (by U.S. mail, fax or email) to the address below.  Please note that the Public Relations Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Accepting Service of and Responding to Legal Notifications and Requests including Subpoenas

Legal Notifications and Requests including documents or other correspondence that require the College or its employees to respond on behalf of the College, such as legal complaints or petitions, answers or other materials relating to litigation; subpoenas for documents or testimony including subpoenas for student education records; notices of court proceedings or hearings; notices of administrative proceedings or hearings; court orders; notices of deposition; requests for documents; orders to show cause; garnishments; restraining orders; notices related to breach of contract; or notices from governmental authorities and any other legal documents requiring service or notification should be delivered to the Office of the District President at the address below. Please note that normal business office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
