Collin College Plans to Introduce Three Baccalaureate Degrees
June 1, 2017 – After questions developed over amendments added by the House of Representatives, SB 2118 relating to authorization by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for certain public junior colleges to offer baccalaureate degree programs was referred to Conference Committee. The conferees reported the bill out of Committee on May 28 and with a vote of 28-3 in the Senate and 134-8 in the House, the Texas Legislature approved Senate Bill 2118.
