Collin College, Texas Tech Ink Agreement Bringing New Degrees To Collin County
January 6, 2015 – Today, Collin College and Texas Tech University signed an agreement adding the Lubbock-based institution as the newest partner at the Collin Higher Education Center in McKinney.
