INSURANCE MANAGEMENT MARKETABLE SKILLS
• Analyze information stated on insurance applications; handle policy renewals and seek referrals.
• Evaluate the risk involved in insuring a client.
• Identify potential clients to expand customer base.
• Conduct interviews with prospective clients to get information about their financial resources, discuss existing coverage and explain features of various insurance policies.
• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies, suggest additions or changes and customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
• Maintain electronic and paper records in accordance with company policy and state laws; confer with legal counsel on claims when needed.
• Effectively communicate with clients to explain policy provisions.
Work effectively in teams to provide comprehensive risk management solutions for clients.
