Official transcripts from Collin College are free of charge. Students and Alumni may request them in one of the following ways:
Request In-Person:
- As a student, you can visit the any of our Admissions & Records Offices to request a transcript. Students must show a valid photo ID to obtain a transcript on request.
- Students requesting their transcript to be sent by mail must fill out a Transcript Request form. A complete mailing address is required.
- Transcript requests to be mailed to an address different from the student’s address of record will require a change of address notification.
Request by Mail:
- A student may request a transcript by mail, but it MUST include each of the following information:
- Full name (previous name, if applicable)
- College Wide ID (CWID) number and/or date of birth
- Current mailing address and phone number
- Number of transcripts requested
- The address where each transcript is to be sent.
- Student's signature is also required.
Request by Fax:
- Any student requesting a transcript by Fax MUST include the same information as by mail.
