About

The Collin Higher Education Center (CHEC) is the central headquarters of the college district. Built in 2010, the 125,000-square-foot, four-story building is built on land provided by the McKinney Economic Development Corporation.

Offices 

CHEC is home to many of the district’s administrative departments, including Academic Services, Business Administration Services, the Collin College Alumni Network, Communications, Facilities and Construction, the Collin College Foundation, the Grants Management Office, Human Resources, Institutional Research, the iCollin Virtual Campus, P-12 Partnerships, Plant Operations, the Office of the President, Purchasing, and Student and Enrollment Services.
