Complaint, Grievance, and Appeal Submission Information

Collin College is dedicated to fostering a supportive and respectful learning environment. If you have an academic or non-academic concern, clear procedures are in place to help you resolve it. This page explains how to file a student complaint, appeal, or grievance, ensuring your concerns are heard and addressed fairly and promptly.

Academic Grade Appeal
FLDB(Local)	Academic Grade Appeal Procedures	No later than the last regular day of the first long semester after receiving the grade. Disciplinary Appeal
