AAS-HIM Selective Admission Process
Admission to the AAS – HIM program is selective. Admission is limited to 25 students per semester. Application deadlines* are the 2nd Friday in November for Spring consideration, the 2nd Friday in April for Summer consideration, and the 2nd Friday in June for Fall consideration.
*Notification regarding admission is sent to students 2 weeks after the submission deadline as all all applications are reviewed at the same time.
AAS-HIM Application Process
- Apply to Collin College (see "Apply Now" below)
- *Complete Prerequisites (HITT 1305, HITT 2430, BIOL 2404, ENGL 1301, MATH 1342)
- Need a 2.5 GPA to Apply to the AAS-HIM Program
- Submit AAS-HIM Application Packet
*All prerequisites must be completed with a grade of "C" or better before applying
